Administrative perspectives
Abdullah A. Ali - Dammam
Marketing & Business Development Consultant at Asharqia Chamber
- The most capable people to develop are the original employers.. if they have the main capabilities in terms of the required knowledge and the desire to work.
- We need an outside look to see what mistakes we may not see.
- We need an opinion from outside regarding the difficulties facing us.. because those abroad may not know the difficulty, so perhaps we have found a solution for them.
- There is no contradiction between the completion of the (current) work and its development (its future outlook). We just need to schedule the work that must be continued and the work that needs to be developed and then follow-up and coordination between them so that there is no disruption to work or there is a conflict between reality and the future.
- There is a fear of development because of work pressure, or fear of not understanding it.. and this fear is eliminated by deep study.. and comprehensive knowledge of what we want.. and taking the reasons.. and then coordinating between the existing energies and benefiting everyone.
- Development knowledge of administrative and practical rules.. and achievement knowledge of the nature of the task and the exploitation of energies.
- It is easy to accomplish work with the traditional system.. but we may have lost:
* Time.
* Voltage.
* and article.
- The existence of a database containing all the information is important and through which you can go and search for any information related to the work.
- It is appropriate to put in place a temporary mechanism for work.. based on fixed models.. until the database is prepared.. and the required information is uploaded.
- Working with the guaranteed thing is safer.. and simple programs achieve the goals (Excel).
- Always give yourself an open end to continue and continue to develop.
- Reaching the spirit of teamwork requires time and patience.
- Mind maps of the work help to visualize it and know its weaknesses.
* Task map.
* Staff map.
* Map of departments.
* Data map.
* tools map.
